What Is Up With This!!!!!!

I have to warn you this is a soapbox issue. So if you are not inclined to read any further I totally understand. I was calling a dr. office to chat about a bill they sent us. There was some decrepancy on it in regards to our bill. I saw their office hours to call the business office was 8 until 5. I thought great I have 15 minutes. After getting through all the computer ho-ha just to get to a "real" person, I heard the following message. We're sorry our office hours are from 8 to 4:55!!!! 4:55....WHO DOES THAT? To add further burn to my mind here, it was only 4:52!!!!!!! I mean really why put you are open until 5 and then not follow through on that. But further more who closes at 4:55? That is just plain ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So problem is still not been solved and I have been thinking who closes at 4:55? Dear hubby, bless his heart, said he would take care of it. I think he is afraid I might scare the daylights out of them. I probably would say...ARE YOU CRAZY? WHO CLOSES THEIR OFFICE AT 4:55? Clearly they didn't read the fine print on the bill they sent out. Ok, I am done venting on my soapbox, but I will still wonder why they chose 4:55. Who knows. Until our teacups meet again, may you have a delightful day. I promise to put the soapbox away.
